a gem by the sea!
sea viewmodern designfantastic watercleanliness
the sea view from my room was amazing. the modern design impressed me. i appreciated the fantastic water pressure and the cleanliness. i felt curious to explore all the hotel had to offer, wanting to extend my stay because of these features.
I found a very small spot on one of the towels. it was immediately replaced upon request.

the beautiful sea view room king bed had large windows. it included a comfortable king bed, crisp linens, and soundproofing. the bathroom featured two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and luxurious toiletries.

The staff was attentive and were pretty good. aishwarya at the front desk offered a warm welcome. shubham, saurabh, and nripesh made sure my room was perfect. They addressed needs with attention to detail.

the welcome was awesome my family enjoyed it. the birthday celebration for my dad's 75th was amazing. i got a free upgrade IT was great. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with many options.
the minibar was initially locked IT required a call to unlock IT

I was really happy with how clean everything was and that the hotel had lots of things to do. the beds are so comfy. breakfast was a real treat, so much yummy food. i got an upgrade to a sea facing room. The view its amazing!
the air conditioning gave me some trouble, which wasn't fun. some small favors i ask was denied, they told me some 'rules'. the staff in restaurant, they don't smile or say hello.

Wonderful experience at horizon

i experienced a warm welcome upon arrival. The check-in process was smooth. My room was upgraded for free. The breakfast selection had many choices.
the back-facing room offered a less desirable view than the front facing rooms. the hotel could do a better job in that regard. The view was still fine, it just was not AS exciting as what i imagined.
